Lepingo Pads create such an extreme circulation flow that you will actually experience it as heat or tingling and/or redness in the area of the pain.As the circulation increases it releases tension to the muscles and nerve endings and in turn the pain is gone or diminished greatly. Pad can be worn on the back of the neck or on the forehead by utilizing the Velcro attachment. Approximately 30 to 45 minutes is usually sufficient for headaches, migraines and neck stiffness or pain.
